Swedish Relaxation Massage:

Swedish massage is defined by five techniques which include stroking, kneading, rythmic choppings and friction rubbing of the out layers of the muscle tissue to reduce stress and soothe sore muscles or joints. Swedish massage relaxes the nervous system, aids circulation and helps with detoxification. Optional Myofascial massage can be integrated.

Myofascial Massage:

Get balanced with Myofacial release; used to help with those injuries or chronic pain that can attributed to the injured muscle fibres that cause the tightening or shortening of the fascia, the thin tissue layer that surrounds every muscle and organ in the body. Myofascial releases are great for athletes or patients suffering from chronic back pain, headaches, strain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Prenatal Massage:

Our experiences registered massage therapists use a pregnancy pillow to make your prenatal massage more comfortable. Great for back pain, improve sleep and mood, reduce stress and labour complications. Prenatal massage is best given when laying on your side propped up by pillows. Neck and shoulder massage is a safe, sitting up option too.

Postnatal Massage:

A massage can be the ideal antidote to postpartum blues. Postnatal massage therapy can help relief stress, relief shoulder and/neck aches, help uterus shrink to original size, help tone the body and promote relaxation

Sports Injury treatment: The emphasis is on trouble shooting and resolving mechanical dysfunction. Similar to a swedish relaxation but with more emphasis on solving a specific problem. Stroking, kneading, rhythmic chopping and friction rubbing techniques are applied to the outer layers of specific area being affected.
